Right Of Buyer To Inspect Goods--Notice Of Claim For Damages
RIGHT OF BUYER TO INSPECT GOODS--NOTICE OF CLAIM FOR DAMAGES
Buyer shall have the right to inspect the goods at the time and place of delivery. Within [Days to give notice] business days after the delivery, buyer must give notice to seller of any claim for damages on account of the condition, quality or grade of the goods. Buyer must specify in detail the basis of such claim. The failure of buyer to comply with these conditions shall constitute irrevocable acceptance of the goods by buyer.
This is a UCC-buying and selling form.
